At Peckham Banners, we are committed to delivering superior-quality products and exceptional service. However, in the event of any concerns, please read our returns and refund guidelines below:
1. Print Quality & Incorrect Sizing
If you identify issues related to print quality, incorrect sizing, or incomplete finishing, we require that you notify us within 24 hours of receipt. For our team to assess the matter effectively, please provide photographic evidence captured from a distance of 2 metres. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email to ensure prompt and efficient processing of your request. We can only accept returns for verified discrepancies in print quality, sizing, or finishing standards.
2. Damaged Packaging
If the packaging appear visibly compromised upon delivery, we strongly advise refusing acceptance of the goods. By accepting the delivery, you acknowledge the product’s condition as satisfactory, thereby waiving any subsequent claims for damage.
3. Late Deliveries
If we dispatch your order late and you no longer need it, please inform us promptly so we can arrange a refund. If you wish to cancel, kindly decline the delivery upon arrival. Please note that delays attributable to courier services fall outside our liability, although we will readily provide evidence of timely dispatch to mitigate any inconvenience caused.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You must return all authorised items for inspection before we finalise any resolution. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, whereas the initial delivery charges remain our responsibility.
It is important to emphasise that claims falling outside the aforementioned criteria, or those submitted outside the designated timeframes, will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
